Myrna Steinkamp Grant

Myrna Steinkamp was a founding member of the Colorado Native Plant Society. Her many contributions were particularly notable relation to rare native plants. Grants of up to $1,000 are provided for field or laboratory research on rare Colorado native plants and their conservation.

Grant Eligibility & Conditions

Applicants and advisors must be members of the Colorado Native Plant Society.
Awards may be the partial or sole source of funding for the research.
Awards may be used for travel, lodging, supplies, and expendable equipment. Awards may not be used for wages or overhead.
Within one year, recipients will provide CoNPS a report and photographs for use in publications and are asked to present at the CoNPS annual conference or a chapter meeting.
