Grants of up to $1,000 are awarded for field or laboratory research that advances knowledge on the biology of Colorado's native plants and contributes to their conservation. Grant Eligibility & Conditions Applicants and advisors must be members of the Colorado Native Plant Society. Awards may be used for travel, lodging, supplies, and expendable equipment. Awards may not be used for wages or overhead. Awards may be the partial or sole source of funding for the research. Within one year, recipients will provide CoNPS a written report and photographs for use in publications and present at the CoNPS annual conference or a chapter meeting.
