On May 11, 2022 CoNPS was asked by the a land development company called Angel View to evaluate the effects of a water diversion on some fens on their property.  Angel View was in a dispute with the town of Twin Lakes, which had diverted a stream, located in Forest Service land, that flowed through the Angel View property and fed several fens.  The town had diverted the water so that it would flow past some properties they owned in the town.  A CoNPS botanist, Gay Austin, conducted a study of the fens and wrote the attached report to the owners of Angel View.
