Join us to identify numerous woody plants as well as some herbaceous species, based on trunks and/or branches, buds, dormant leaves, or basal growth. Whether you’re a beginning plant enthusiast or an intermediate learner looking for a refresher, join Beth for a walk at South Platte Park, followed by a brief stroll through parts of Hudson Gardens.

Learn and use principles of sustainable high altitude gardening through this self-paced and supportive online learning community! We will focus on native plants but will also address edible gardening. Work through course materials at your own pace and share your questions, progress and photos at weekly Zoom meetings. Materials for each module will be available upon registration.
